The "DPL-R60" is a system line that handles everything from sheet supply to box formation in one go. Actual pallets are supplied to the conveyor using forklifts, and while moving the actual pallets, the fixed PP bands are cut and crushed for disposal. The bundle of sheets is lifted by a robotic arm and transferred to the next process conveyor. The transferred bundle of sheets has its ties cut by a tie-cutting device and is supplied to the sheet magazine.
